EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES:

RESCHEDULING:

3 + hrs before appointment Free

2 hrs before appointment $10, remainder will be reimbursed or used towards a new appt. balance.

If the booked appointment needs to be rescheduled due to the customer’s unwillingness to sign or the inability to present acceptable identification documents, the travel fee still applies for general notary assignments.

CANCELLATIONS:

If the appointment is not rescheduled, 100% of the service fee (including travel and admin fees) will be held.

Remote Online Notary is available to customers located anywhere in or outside the state of Texas only where legally permitted.
